Meet our Management Team

Linda Hiebert

Founder

Over 40 years of medical billing experience in a variety of specialties. Founded Code-Med (now Timely Care Billing) in 2001 after managing the billing department at the C.W. Wiebe Medical Centre. Under her leadership, we have expanded our billing service to 350+ Physicians managing over $75 million in annual payments.

Linda is excited to expand our successful billing and management services across Canada.

Nathan Hiebert

Analytics and Consulting

A seasoned EMR (Electronic Medical Records) consultant specializing in data and analytics. His career began at Timely Care Billing in 2002 as a partner which evolved to a value added reseller of the Telus Collaborative Health Record (CHR, previously InputHealth) in 2017.

In 2019, Nathan joined InputHealth as a partner with a focus on sales, project management, data conversions, analytics and escalations. In 2021 Telus Health acquired InputHealth where he joined Telus as the Director of Analytics and Complex Configurations before rejoining Timely Care Billing in 2025 and looks forward to pursuing new opportunities and growth for the company.

Maryann Sawlewicz

Controller

Over 20 years of medical billing experience joining Timely Care Billing in 2005.

Specializing in Psychiatric in-patient and private clinic billing. In addition organizes office operations, procedures and all accounting related activities.

Chelsea Johnson

Director of Anesthesia Billing

Over 17 years of medical billing experience, joining the Timely Care Billing team in 2008 as a general billing specialist. In 2011 her focus changed to Anesthesia billing and was promoted to Director of Anesthesia billing in 2019. Responsibilities include: sales, onboarding, client relations, staff management, training, and overseeing of all aspects of billing for 100+ Anesthesiologists and General Practitioner Anesthesiologists throughout all health regions in Manitoba.

Under her leadership, Anesthesia billing increased by 60%, from $25 million to $40 million annually.

Tina Hildebrand

Director of Medical Billing

Over 25 years of experience in medical billing. She joined the C.W. Wiebe Medical Centre in 1999 as a billing specialist and in 2009 was promoted to billing manager. As manager she maximized the payment of 50+ providers — handling $15 million in annual payments.

Tina is excited to have joined the Timely Care Billing team in 2024 as the Director of Medical Billing. Her focus is on business expansion, client relations and staff management.
